On the reaction day the stock moved 0.6 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.5 pts more than its Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC) peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

India Cements Capital's promoter Sri Saradha Logistics is selling its entire 50.02 percent stake (about 1.08 crore equity shares of Rs 10 each) to Sandeep Jain, Vikas Garg and Rahul Nagar via a Share Purchase Agreement signed July 24, 2026. This triggers an open offer to public shareholders under SEBI takeover rules. The three acquirers currently hold nil shares. After completion, they will become new promoters and gain control, subject to RBI approval.
Change of control at promoter level. Open offer to public shareholders expected. Stock likely to see volatility around open offer pricing.
