On the reaction day the stock moved 1.0 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.8 pts less than its Breweries & Distilleries peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
India Glycols published its 5th newspaper notice on 17 October 2026 about a SEBI-mandated special window for transfer and dematerialisation of physical shares bought before 1 April 2019. The window is open from 5 February 2026 to 4 February 2027. Eligible shareholders can submit original share certificates and documents to the registrar or company secretary. Ads appeared in Financial Express and Uttar Ujala.
No material impact on share price. Shareholders with old physical shares should act before 4 February 2027 to convert them into demat form.
