On the reaction day the stock moved 1.0 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.5 pts more than its Ferro & Silica Manganese peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
On 10 September 2025, IMFA ended power purchase and shareholder agreements with two JSW Green Energy entities because the selected substation location was unavailable. It signed fresh agreements with JSW Renew Energy Twelve for 70 MW of hybrid solar and wind power. IMFA will subscribe to 26% of the new producer for Rs 85.38 crore, up from Rs 83.26 crore under the earlier plan.
Renewable power plans remain intact, but planned investment rises by Rs 2.12 crore. The replacement project still carries construction and commissioning risk.
