Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys Limited (IMFA) held its Board meeting on May 27, 2026, approving audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 2026, and recommending a final dividend of Rs 7.50 per share (face value Rs 10), subject to shareholder approval. The Board appointed Mr. Partha Satpathy as an Additional Independent Director for a 3-year term.
