The board approved reviewed but unaudited standalone and consolidated results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2026. Standalone total income rose 13.2% year on year to Rs 10,428 crore and net profit rose 56.0% to Rs 1,912 crore. Half-year net profit rose 52.8% to Rs 3,572 crore. The gross bad-loan ratio improved to 1.19% from 1.83%, while capital adequacy was 18.60%.
Strong profit growth and improving loan quality are positive for shareholders, though credit provisions rose and could limit gains.
