Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Indiqube Spaces board approved investing up to Rs 35 crore in SaiEdge Realty Private Limited for up to 49% stake on a fully diluted basis, via equity or convertible securities. SaiEdge, incorporated in July 2026, will develop commercial office space which Indiqube intends to lease back. SaiEdge has not yet started operations. Separately, Mr. Ishwar Subramanian was appointed Independent Director after Mr. Muralikrishnan resigned, and the Audit Committee was reconstituted.
Strategic investment to secure future office space supply; SaiEdge is newly incorporated with no revenue yet, so near-term financial impact is limited.
