Indo-National has invested Rs 3.91 crore in Axial Aero Pvt Ltd by subscribing to 35,249 Class C compulsorily convertible preference shares at Rs 1,109.10 each. This adds 0.30 percent stake, taking total holding in AAPL to 7.97 percent. Axial Aero develops motion-based flight simulators for civil and military use, reported FY26 turnover of Rs 1.43 crore, and was incorporated in August 2020.
