India Ratings revised the outlook on Indo Tech Transformers bank loan facilities to Positive from Stable while affirming the rating at IND BBB+/IND A2. A new INR 1,200 million facility was also assigned the same rating. FY26 revenue grew to INR 7,731.8 million from INR 6,055.2 million with EBITDA margin improving to 16.70%. Order book stands at INR 11,228 million providing strong revenue visibility. Net leverage at negative 0.57x indicates a net cash position. Plans to expand capacity from 12,000 MVA to 50,000 MVA by FY29.
