NCLT-convened shareholder meeting held for demerger scheme

Indo Thai Securities held a court-convened meeting of equity shareholders on 24 July 2026 via video conferencing, as directed by NCLT Indore Bench. Shareholders considered a Special Resolution under Section 230(6) to approve a Scheme of Arrangement in the nature of demerger between Indo Thai Securities (Demerged Company) and Indo Thai Financial Services (Resulting Company). Out of 18,251 shareholders on record date (17 July 2026), 47 attended via VC and the meeting had the required quorum. Members raised queries on the scheme which were addressed by management. E-voting results will be shared within 2 working days.
