The auditor found no material misstatement in the unaudited quarter and half-year results ended 30 September 2026. Revenue was 1,504.83 lakh for the quarter, up 16.7%, and 2,084.65 lakh for the half year, up 18.3%. Net loss for the quarter was 367.14 lakh and operating cash flow was negative. The results included an exceptional item. Cash fell to 230.61 lakh from 612.30 lakh, while receivables rose to 3,631.23 lakh from 1,375.86 lakh.
Revenue growth did not translate into profit. Losses, negative cash flow and higher receivables raise liquidity concerns and may hurt the stock.
