Board approved unaudited Q2 and H1 FY27 results ended 30 September 2026. Consolidated revenue rose 7.4% to Rs 506.9 crore in Q2 and 7.8% to Rs 973.1 crore in H1; EBITDA margin improved to 9.2% and 9.0%. Net profit was Rs 19.47 crore in Q2 and Rs 84.92 crore in H1, helped by exceptional gains of Rs 37.14 crore and Rs 134.48 crore. The Q2 gain mainly came from an Andheri property sale. Profit excluding exceptional items was negative.
Profit relies on a one-off property sale while core losses persist. Two units have negative net worth, raising going-concern and impairment risk.
