Indong Tea held its 36th AGM on 28 Sep 2026 via video conferencing. All 8 resolutions passed. Key items: adoption of FY26 audited accounts, reappointment of 3 retiring directors (Madan Lal Garg, Rajesh Garg, Rama Garg), reappointment of auditor Agarwal Kejriwal and Co for 5 years, and management changes. Hariram Garg stepped down as MD to become Chairman and Executive Director, and Rajesh Garg was redesignated as Managing Director.
