Indong Tea held its 36th AGM on 28 Sept 2026 via video conferencing. All 8 resolutions passed with 99.97 to 100 percent approval. 14.57 lakh of 19.42 lakh shares were polled (75 percent). Key changes: Hariram Garg steps down as Managing Director and continues as Chairman and Executive Director. Rajesh Garg elevated from Non-Executive Director to Managing Director. Reappointments of Madan Lal Garg, Rama Garg, and independent director Akhil Kumar Manglik approved. Statutory auditor Agarwal Kejriwal and Co retained for 5 more years.
