Indus Infra Trust has announced its Q4 and FY2026 financial results along with a distribution of INR 3.50 per unit (₹1.01 interest + ₹2.49 capital repayment). For the year ended March 31, 2026, total income stood at ₹7,974 million and profit after tax was ₹2,949 million, down from ₹5,451 million in the previous year due to lower dividend income from subsidiaries. Earnings per unit declined to ₹6.66 from ₹12.31 YoY. The trust has expanded its portfolio, acquiring 4 new SPVs (GR Bahadurganj Araria, GR Bilaspur Urga, GR Ena Kim, and GR Ujjain Badnawar highway projects) during FY2026. Borrowings increased significantly to ₹36,882 million from ₹17,502 million YoY. NAV at fair value is ₹116.81 per unit.
The reduction in profitability YoY reflects lower dividend distributions from subsidiaries, though the trust continues to grow its asset base through fresh acquisitions. The distribution of ₹3.50 per unit provides income to unitholders, with record date set for May 5, 2026.
