Indus Towers appoints Abhishek Maheshwari as CFO effective Aug 19, 2026

Indus Towers has appointed Abhishek Maheshwari as its new Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel effective August 19, 2026. The board approved the appointment on July 10, 2026, on the recommendation of the HR, Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit and Risk Management Committee. Maheshwari currently serves as CFO of Airtel's B2B Business and has over 21 years of finance experience. He previously led Airtel DTH as CFO for four years and held senior finance roles across Airtel mobile, telemedia and DTH operations. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI.
