Infinity Infoway Limited has informed BSE that the trading window for dealing in its securities will be closed from 1 October 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2026. The closure applies to promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees, connected persons, and their immediate relatives. The board meeting date to approve results will be announced separately. This is a routine SEBI insider trading compliance measure.
