On the reaction day the stock moved 2.5 pts less than Nifty Midcap 150 and 1.7 pts less than its Internet & Catalogue Retail peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Hitesh Oberoi will step down as Managing Director and CEO after close of business on December 2, 2026. He joined nearly 27 years ago and served as MD and CEO for over 16 years. Subject to shareholder approval, he will become a non-executive promoter director on December 3. Founder and Vice Chairman Sanjeev Bikhchandani will become Executive Vice Chairman, Managing Director and Group CEO from December 3 through April 26, 2031, also subject to approval.
Leadership continuity is preserved, but investors may focus on how smoothly the change works and how the stock reacts.
