On the reaction day the stock moved 3.0 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.9 pts more than its Industrial Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
The board approved buying 10,10,000 shares, or 51.03%, of Innovators Contracting Works Private Limited from Vedika Radheshyam Sharma. IFSL already holds 49.97% through a subsidiary, so the deal will make ICWPL wholly owned. Payment is 9,50,971 new IFSL shares at Rs 118 each, valued at Rs 11.22 crore. ICWPL reported FY26 turnover of Rs 63.63 crore. Shareholder and regulatory approvals are pending, with completion expected in 3 to 6 months.
Full control of ICWPL may improve integration and profits, but new shares will dilute existing holders. Completion depends on approvals.
