On the reaction day the stock moved 3.0 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.9 pts more than its Industrial Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
This revision corrects a shareholding typo. The board approved buying the remaining 51.03% of Innovators Contracting Works (ICWPL) from promoter Vedika Radheshyam Sharma, lifting IFSL's stake from 48.97% to 100%. It will issue 950,971 shares preferentially at Rs 118 each, worth Rs 11.22 crore, for the related-party deal. Shareholders will vote at an EGM on 25 November 2026. ICWPL's FY2026 turnover was Rs 6.36 crore.
Full ownership may improve control and integration, but the share issue dilutes existing holders and completion needs shareholder approval.
