INOXGFL Group has emerged as successful bidder to acquire Wind World India's businesses through NCLT-approved resolution process. Inox Green Energy Services will acquire the 4.5 GW O&M arm, whose clients include Tata Group, ReNew, Greenko, Apraava Energy and Hindustan Zinc. Inox Green currently manages around 13.3 GWp of renewable assets, and the deal strengthens its position as India's largest listed renewable O&M company.
