Inox Wind Limited has announced that the Scheme of Arrangement between Inox Wind Energy Limited (Transferor Company) and Inox Wind Limited (Transferee Company) has become effective from 13th June 2025. The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Chandigarh Bench had approved the scheme, and both companies have filed the certified copy of the NCLT order with the Registrar of Companies on 13th June 2025.
