Insolation Energy's wholly owned subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy Pvt Ltd, has secured combined sale orders worth Rs. 516.05 Crores (inclusive of GST) for supply of Solar PV Modules. The first order of Rs. 357 Crores is for N-Type Topcon Solar PV Modules from a well-known Independent Power Producer (IPP). The second order of Rs. 159.05 Crores is from various companies executing projects under the government's PM KUSUM scheme in Andhra Pradesh. All orders are domestic and to be executed over financial years 2025-27. The orders are not related-party transactions and there is no promoter interest in the awarding entities.
This is a large order win that meaningfully expands the company's order book and reinforces its position in the solar module supply chain, including a government-linked scheme. Positive for revenue visibility and near-term growth, though execution across FY25-27 will be key to converting these orders into actual earnings.
