On the reaction day the stock moved 2.0 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.2 pts less than its Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC) peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Intec Capital submitted newspaper notices to BSE for a special window allowing eligible shareholders to request transfer and dematerialisation of physical shares. It covers valid transfer deeds made before April 1, 2019 and earlier requests that were rejected, returned or incomplete. The window runs from February 5, 2026 to February 4, 2027. Transfers will be in dematerialised form only and carry a one-year lock-in.
Procedural and broadly neutral for the stock. Eligible holders can move physical shares to dematerialised form, but new holdings will be locked in for one year.
