Intellect Design Arena has won a landmark partnership with 37 Canadian financial institutions, members of the National Digital Banking Working Group (NDBWG). These institutions collectively manage over $11.7 billion CAD in assets and serve more than 262,000 members across 5 provinces in Canada. Intellect will deploy its eMACH.ai Digital Engagement Platform (DEP) to provide digital banking services including member management, advanced self-service, and streamlined operations through a cloud-based, multi-tenant SaaS architecture. The selection followed a vendor evaluation process involving 59 institutions, with 37 now formally signed on and more still in progress. This represents one of Canada's most significant collaborative digital transformation initiatives in the financial sector.
This deal strengthens Intellect's international presence in the digital banking space and demonstrates the company's ability to win large-scale, multi-institution contracts. The recurring SaaS revenue model and potential for additional institutions to join could provide long-term revenue visibility, which is positive for shareholders.
