Intellect Design Arena has won a landmark deal where 37 Canadian financial institutions, members of the National Digital Banking Working Group (NDBWG), have selected Intellect's eMACH.ai Digital Engagement Platform. The institutions collectively serve over 262,000 members across 5 Canadian provinces and manage over $11.7 billion CAD in assets. This is one of the largest collaborative digital banking transformation deals in Canada's financial ecosystem. 37 out of 59 participating institutions have formally signed on, with more still progressing through the onboarding process. The cloud-based, multi-tenant SaaS platform will provide digital self-service, member management, KYC/AML compliance tools, and agile feature rollouts for the credit unions.
This major multi-institution contract win strengthens Intellect's international footprint in the digital banking space and represents a significant export of financial technology services to Canada, which should be positive for revenue visibility going forward.
