Intellect Design Arena announced its FY25 audited results on May 9, 2025. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations dipped to Rs. 1,568.7 crore from Rs. 1,678.9 crore last year, but profit after tax rose to Rs. 193.8 crore from Rs. 165.6 crore. Consolidated revenue was broadly flat at Rs. 2,500 crore, with consolidated PAT at Rs. 334.4 crore versus Rs. 322.7 crore. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 4 plus a special dividend of Rs. 3 per share (face value Rs. 5), taking total to Rs. 7 versus Rs. 3.5 last year. Founder Arun Jain was re-appointed as Managing Director for another 5 years starting August 21, 2025. M/s. Capri Assurance and Advisory Services was appointed as internal auditor for two years. Statutory auditors MSKC & Associates issued an unmodified opinion.
Positive for shareholders — a 17% rise in standalone PAT and a doubled total dividend (Rs. 7 vs Rs. 3.5) signal strong shareholder returns despite flat revenue. Continuity of leadership with Arun Jain's re-appointment provides stability, and the clean audit opinion supports confidence in the numbers.
