Intellect Design Arena's UK-based wholly-owned subsidiary has approved a Memorandum of Understanding to form a joint venture with UK-based ITIXA Limited (a group company of System Holdings Limited). The JV will be set up in GIFT City, IFSC, Gujarat. Intellect UK will hold 50.1% and ITIXA 49.9%, with equal board representation. The JV will offer AI-enabled software covering bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, HR, and related business support services to UK businesses, accounting firms, regulators, and software providers.
