Inter State Oil Carrier reported revenue from operations of ₹2,590.79 lakhs in Q1 FY26, up about 20% from ₹2,156.29 lakhs in Q1 FY25. Total income rose to ₹2,603.34 lakhs from ₹2,159.38 lakhs year-on-year. Profit before tax improved to ₹33.91 lakhs (vs ₹27.42 lakhs), and net profit after tax grew about 41% to ₹19.50 lakhs (vs ₹13.83 lakhs). Basic EPS stood at ₹0.39 compared to ₹0.28 in the same quarter last year. For full-year FY25, the company posted revenue of ₹8,814.82 lakhs and PAT of ₹114.42 lakhs. The statutory auditor Patni & Co. issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications or emphasis of matter.
The results show steady top-line growth and a notable jump in profitability versus the year-ago quarter, which is a positive signal for shareholders. Operating expenses, however, grew faster than revenue, indicating some margin pressure at the operating level even as bottom-line profit improved.
