43rd AGM concludes; QIP fundraise and stock split proposed

Interarch Building Solutions held its 43rd AGM on September 10, 2026 via video conferencing, chaired by Managing Director Arvind Nanda in place of Chairperson Sonali Bhagwati Dalal. 167 members attended. Eleven resolutions were transacted, including adoption of FY26 audited financials, declaration of final dividend, re-appointment of Gautam Suri, stock sub-division from Rs 10 to Rs 2 per share, fundraise via Qualified Institutions Placement, renewal of borrowing powers, and increase in loan and investment thresholds under Section 186. Voting results will be declared within two working days.
