On the reaction day the stock moved 1.3 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.6 pts more than its Leisure Services peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
International Travel House has published a notice about a SEBI-mandated special window for transfer and dematerialisation of physical shares, open until 4 February 2027. It applies to shares sold or bought before 1 April 2019, and earlier rejected transfer requests. Transferred shares will be credited only in demat mode with a one-year lock-in.
Shareholders with old physical share certificates can now transfer or dematerialise them under a one-time SEBI window until 4 February 2027.
