Intimation for Capacity Addition under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015

The board has approved an increase in production capacity at the company's Mandideep plant in Madhya Pradesh. Existing kiln loading capacity is 20,640 MT (dispatchable 16,500 MT), currently running at 100% utilization, leaving no room for further growth without expansion. The proposed addition will raise kiln loading to 21,780 MT and dispatchable capacity to 19,500 MT, expected to be completed by December 2026. Total investment is Rs. 210.32 Crores, to be funded entirely through internal funds from fixed deposits and mutual fund investments — no equity dilution or new debt. The company expects monthly benefits of about Rs. 4.05 Crores once operational, roughly translating to Rs. 48-50 Crores per year in incremental revenue/profit potential.
Positive for shareholders — the expansion is debt-free and internally funded, signalling strong cash reserves and confidence in demand. Full benefits should start flowing from late 2026 onward, though execution and timeline risks remain until the plant is commissioned.
