G R Infraprojects' wholly owned subsidiary, Agra Gwalior Highway Private Limited, has signed a concession agreement with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) on April 30, 2025. The project involves construction of the Agra-Gwalior Greenfield Road, including a 6-lane access-controlled highway (88.4 km) from Agra (UP) to Gwalior (MP) and overlay/strengthening work on an existing NH-44 section. The estimated project cost is ₹4,262.78 crores (inclusive of GST) under DBFOT pattern at BOT (Toll) mode, with a completion period of 910 days from the appointed date.
This is a sizeable order win worth over ₹4,260 crore, significantly boosting GR Infraprojects' order book and providing strong multi-year revenue visibility. It is positive for the stock as it strengthens the company's position in the highway infrastructure segment with a government-backed, toll-based project.
