Intimation of Receipt of Non Binding LOI for potential strategic Investment & Stake Sale of 20%
Awaiting price reaction for this filing.
Silverline Technologies has received a non-binding Letter of Intent (LOI) from UAE-based Trueledger Technologies FZE, a technology research and holding company, expressing preliminary interest in acquiring up to 20% stake in Silverline. The investment is aimed at giving Trueledger strategic exposure to Silverline's artificial intelligence–led initiatives. The LOI is non-binding, meaning no valuation, consideration, or final deal structure has been agreed upon yet, and no binding agreement has been executed. Since Silverline is a BSE-listed company, the final transaction terms — including valuation, mode of investment, and any special rights — will need to comply with SEBI regulations and require Board approval. There is no certainty at this stage that the discussions will lead to a concluded transaction.
If the deal materialises, Silverline could gain a strategic foreign tech partner and capital to fund its AI initiatives, which may support future growth. However, with only a non-binding LOI in hand, this is at a very early, speculative stage and should not materially affect operations or share price until definitive terms are disclosed.
