IRB InvIT acquires toll road assets from IRB Infrastructure Trust

IRB InvIT Fund has disclosed valuation reports from Grant Thornton for acquiring two toll road SPVs, Solapur Yedeshi Tollway (SYTL) and CG Tollway (CGTL), from IRB Infrastructure Trust. Total Enterprise Value of target assets is INR 4,625.6 Cr (SYTL INR 2,396.3 Cr, CGTL INR 2,229.4 Cr). Total Equity Value is INR 2,810.8 Cr after deducting net debt of INR 1,814.8 Cr. Valuation date is 31 March 2026, using a WACC of 9.4 percent.
