IRB InvIT executes project implementation agreements for two toll road SPVs

IRB InvIT Fund has executed Project Implementation Agreements with Sponsor IRB Infrastructure Developers for two toll road SPVs being acquired from Private InvIT: Solapur Yedeshi Tollway (NH-211, Maharashtra, NHDP IV) and CG Tollway (NH-79, Rajasthan, NHDP V). Unitholders approved the 100 percent acquisition on Aug 3, 2026. Sponsor will manage projects; related party transaction at arms-length. Sponsor holds 16.12 percent in the Trust.
