IRB InvIT Fund acquires two toll road SPVs for Rs 2,744 crore equity

IRB InvIT Fund has signed a share purchase agreement to buy 100 percent equity in Solapur Yedeshi Tollway and CG Tollway from IRB Infrastructure Trust, a related party with a common sponsor. Equity value is Rs 2,744 crore and enterprise value is Rs 4,605 crore. Combined FY26 turnover is Rs 306.59 crore. Cash deal, expected to close by September 30, 2026, aimed at boosting revenue stability, portfolio size, and distribution per unit.
