IRB Invit Fund has informed the Exchange regarding Disclosure of material issue

IRB InvIT Fund has completed the acquisition of VM7 Expressway Private Limited, which operates the Gandeva Ena HAM (Hybrid Annuity) highway project on the upcoming New Delhi Greenfield Expressway, from its sponsor IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited. The deal is valued at approximately Rs. 1,200 Crores in enterprise value. With this addition, the InvIT's operational portfolio has expanded to 10 highway assets (8 BOT + 2 HAM) covering 4,445 lane kilometers with an aggregate enterprise value of roughly Rs. 17,600 Crores. The acquisition was funded through debt, and management expects it to enhance stable annuity revenue, improve distributable cash flows, and support future dividend payouts for unitholders. The unitholders had earlier approved the deal, and the sponsor has also been appointed as the Project Manager for O&M of the new asset.
