IRB InvIT Fund to acquire two toll assets for INR 4,605 cr EV from related party

Board of IRB InvIT Fund approved acquiring 100% in Solapur Yedeshi Tollway and CG Tollway from related party IRB Infrastructure Trust for equity value of INR 2,744 cr and enterprise value of INR 4,605 cr. Closing targeted by September 30, 2026, subject to unitholder and regulatory approvals. Combined FY26 turnover of the two toll SPVs was INR 306.59 cr. The trust also plans to raise up to INR 3,000 cr via placement or debt, and appoint IRB Infra Developers as Project Manager.
