On the reaction day the stock moved 7.8 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 8.6 pts more than its Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC) peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

ISF Limited told BSE that its paid-up share capital was INR 9.50 crore and net worth was INR 11.76 crore at 31 March 2026. Both were below SEBI limits of INR 10 crore and INR 25 crore, so the related-party transaction disclosure requirement did not apply. It therefore did not need to file under Regulation 23(9).
Shareholders face no immediate financial impact. If the company later exceeds the size limits, related-party disclosure requirements will return.
