Isgec Heavy Engineering said Triumph Excel Limited failed to make required payments and meet other obligations under the December 9, 2024 agreement to buy Isgec Investments Pte. Ltd., Singapore. That company holds Bioeq Energy Holdings One in Cayman Islands. The sale was due to complete by September 15, 2025, but completion did not occur. Isgec will provide further updates.
The failed closing delays receipt of any sale proceeds and leaves completion uncertain, creating execution risk and possible pressure on shareholder sentiment.
