Novus Capital Advisors, the manager to the offer, has submitted a corrigendum to the Public Announcement, Detailed Public Statement and Draft Letter of Offer for an open offer to acquire equity shares of Ishaan Infrastructures and Shelters from public shareholders. The acquirers are Misun PureLights Private Limited along with four individuals from the Bothra and Arora families, supported by eight persons acting in concert.
