ITI Limited informed the stock exchanges that Smt. S Jeyanthi will cease to hold the additional charge of Director (HR) from February 28, 2026. She will continue in her existing role as Director (Production). The change follows a Government of India order from the Ministry of Communications, under which Shri Rajesh Rai, the current Chairman & Managing Director (CMD), has been given the additional charge of Director (HR) for a period of three months or until further orders. Shri Rajesh Rai will not receive any additional remuneration for holding this extra charge. The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) approved the reallocation, making it an internal administrative restructuring rather than a full exit.
No material impact for shareholders — this is a government-led internal reshuffle where responsibilities are being consolidated under the existing CMD. The company's leadership continuity is maintained, and there is no change in equity, financials, or strategic direction.
