ITI Limited won a Rs 856.39 crore work order from BSNL for 4G network expansion in West India. The scope covers planning, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 4G mobile network at 7,613 sites on a turnkey basis. ITI had earlier executed a Rs 2,640 crore Phase IX.2 project with TCS covering 23,633 sites in the same zone across Maharashtra, Goa, Gujarat, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Mumbai. The PSU is also executing Bharatnet Phase III projects worth about Rs 7,000 crore across six states for BSNL.
Strengthens ITI order book and execution pipeline. Repeat business from BSNL signals trust but adds concentration risk to a single client.
