IVP Limited reported FY2026 revenue of Rs 59,455 lakhs, up 10.3% from Rs 53,885 lakhs in FY2025. Profit after tax grew 65.2% to Rs 1,868 lakhs versus Rs 1,131 lakhs. The company declared a dividend of 15% (Rs 1.5 per share). Operating cash flow turned positive at Rs 5,271 lakhs compared to negative Rs 247 lakhs in the prior year. Borrowings were reduced significantly from Rs 10,442 lakhs to Rs 6,537 lakhs. Statutory auditors Rajendra & Co. issued an unmodified opinion.
