J.A. Finance Ltd's board approved unaudited standalone financial results for Q2 and H1 FY26 (ended September 30, 2025). Total revenue from operations rose ~39% year-on-year in Q2 to Rs 80.89 lakhs (vs Rs 58.10 lakhs in Q2 FY25), while H1 revenue grew ~22% to Rs 154.34 lakhs (vs Rs 126.62 lakhs). Despite the strong topline, H1 profit after tax declined to Rs 42.89 lakhs from Rs 51.36 lakhs a year ago, though Q2 PAT improved to Rs 24.27 lakhs (vs Rs 22.43 lakhs). Capital adequacy ratio stood at a healthy 60.90%. The board accepted the resignation of Megha Goyal as CFO and appointed Sneha Goyal as the new CFO, both effective November 12, 2025. The statutory auditor issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications.
Solid revenue growth points to business expansion, but the year-on-year dip in half-yearly profit and the CFO transition are near-term watchpoints for shareholders. The clean audit report and strong capital adequacy offer reassurance.
