On the reaction day the stock moved 0.1 pts more than Nifty Smallcap 250 and in line with its Private Sector Bank peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Mr. Ashish Kundra, IAS, has resigned as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of Jammu and Kashmir Bank effective August 20, 2026, citing his official engagements. He was a government-nominee director on the board. In his resignation letter he thanked the Board, management and fellow directors for cooperation during his tenure and wished the bank continued growth. The bank has not yet disclosed a replacement.
Routine exit of a government-nominee director; no governance red flags raised. Board vacancy to be filled, minimal operational impact expected.
