Jackson Investments reported unaudited Q2 FY27 results. Operating revenue fell to Rs 11.05 lakh from Rs 15.38 lakh, but profit after tax rose to Rs 23.78 lakh from Rs 7.14 lakh. Half-year profit was Rs 27.76 lakh versus Rs 0.46 lakh, and operating cash flow was Rs 39.71 lakh. The review noted unconfirmed balances, a regulator inquiry, Rs 650.20 lakh of pending advances, Rs 1,633.65 lakh in investments in unlisted firms and impaired loans.
Lower revenue is a concern, but higher profit and cash flow help. Risks remain around recovery of advances, loan losses and the regulator inquiry.
