Q2 FY27 consolidated revenue rose 29% to ₹964 million with Aequitas consolidated; standalone revenue grew 9.3% to ₹814 million and standalone net profit was flat at ₹126 million. Standalone H1 sales rose 9% to ₹1,636 million and net profit rose 10.3% to ₹258 million. Cash was ₹1,347 million after a ₹264 million dividend and ₹208 million for Aequitas. Wellness portfolio deal closed October 1; management expects Q3 revenue above ₹1,000 million.
Likely positive: revenue is accelerating and cash funds more deals, but flat Q2 profit and integration risks may limit the near-term reaction.
