On the reaction day the stock moved 2.1 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 4.4 pts less than its Other Bank peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
The board approved unaudited September 2025 quarter and half-year results. Quarter income rose 15.7% to Rs 1,552 crore, but net profit fell 22.5% to Rs 75 crore as operating costs rose. Half-year profit fell 33.8% to Rs 177 crore. Gross and net bad loans were 2.87% and 0.94%; capital adequacy was 19.72%. A change in priority sector loan certificate accounting makes prior-year profit comparisons unreliable.
Lower profit may weigh on the stock, though steady lending growth, improving asset quality and adequate capital provide some support.
