Jash Engineering signed a Share Purchase Agreement on Dec 11, 2025 to acquire 90 percent of WesTech Process Equipment India for about Rs 31.4 Cr in cash. WesTech will become a subsidiary, with the remaining 10 percent to be acquired later. WesTech supplies process equipment for mineral processing, alumina refinery, paper and pulp, and chemical industries, posting Rs 56.0 Cr turnover in FY25, up from Rs 31.3 Cr in FY22. The deal is not a related party transaction and is at arm's length. Completion is expected by Jan 15, 2026.
Strategic entry into industrial process equipment segment, expanding into mining, metal, and paper. WesTech's growing revenues should strengthen Jash's top line.
